Green Council applies a 3-tier organization structure:

• The Executive Committee led by the Chairman oversees the overall performance of GC and fulfillment of its objectives.
• The Advisory Committee is responsible for providing advice to the Executive Committee on formulation of policies.
• The Administration Body, running in parallel with the Executive Committee, is responsible for the day-to-day administration and implementation of the set functions of GC.
• The Division Standing Committee is a working body responsible for proposing policies and decisions.
